The date/time and location when the NYPD Chief made the statements are not given.
The quoted statements are not present in any news report.
It is odd that the NYPD sources only provided the quoted statements to True Pundit.
I would be suspicious of the claimed statements until verified and published (not just copied) by other news sources.
