In a blow to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, a U.S. judge on Thursday upheld a Pennsylvania state law that could make it difficult for his supporters to monitor Election Day activity in Democratic-leaning areas.
Trump has repeatedly said that the Nov. 8 presidential election may be rigged, and has urged supporters to keep an eye out for signs of voting fraud in Philadelphia and other heavily Democratic areas.
Democrats worry that could encourage Trump supporters to harass Hispanics, African-Americans and other minority voters in a state that could determine whether Trump or his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton, wins the presidency.
Trump faces a significant hurdle in Pennsylvania because state law requires partisan poll watchers to perform their duties in the county in which they are registered to vote.

Most of Pennsylvania’s problems could be solved by kicking Philadelphia out of the Commonwealth. New Jersey can have them. They are a small pi$$ant state as it is. We will keep the small piece bordering Delaware and the ocean which includes the airport and little else.
If voting is over someone should be able to enter the polling station and make sure this does NOT happen, watching poll workers is NOT suppressing the vote other than the illegal votes being done by poll workers!!!

Vote fraud that disenfranchises African Americans has been the foundation of Democrat power since Reconstruction.
Jim Crow and today’s inner city vote plantations are just two sides of the same coin. Same SOBs, slightly different tactic.
All states allow poll watchers, but they must be officially appointed by election officials.
Conversely, Trump could send poll watchers anyways and dispatch minions to pay whatever fine or deal with whatever nuisance lawsuit after he wins.
God here we go again!! There’s gotta be a way to put some type of spy cam in those voting headquarters....with the technology we have these days...think mission impossible..the movie!!

I wouldn’t worry about this so much this election. I’m just north of Philadelphia, but I know a lot of blacks from north philly and center city.
They are not motivated enough to commit fraud for Clinton. They don’t really give a rats ass about her. Four years ago? Eight years ago? When it was the first black president? It was crazy how much they cared.
And the union workers were the same way for different reasons.
There is NO comparison between this year and those years.
I’m not saying they are above rigging the polls, or that it won’t happen in future elections - they are total crooks when they want to be.
I’m just saying there is no excitement, no anger, no passion for Clinton that is going to make them bother to do it.
You see a lot of BLM stuff on TV but in real life you don’t see it that much.
Although many have jumped ship for Trump.

20-30% of black votes cast? Perhaps. 20-30% of black votes counted? Not a chance, especially in Philadelphia.
That would certainly explain the 100% turnout.
If the corrupt thugs have the courts protecting them as they cheat, we have one other option: film everyone going in and coming out of urban polling sites. Count the number of voters and compare that with the number of votes cast. If we have several angles and no gaps, that would be proof of fraud. It’s work, but we’re talking about saving America from the final destruction. It’s worth it.
