“Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit”

Every time I see that, it cracks me up.

The media oligopoly will shrug this off just like they do whenever they make some hideous mistake. But what they *won’t* shrug off is if Trump initiates antitrust proceedings against them

Basically, to break up “big media”, so its direction and boards of directors and investors are no longer the same small cabal of leftists. And it should be just the first oligopoly business to be broken up.

On top of everything else, then repeal the Telecommunications Act of 1996, which caused enormous consolidation of mixed media: newspapers, radio, TV, movies, book and magazine publishing, etc.

The media destroyed themselves long ago. They're no more than pimps and whores and sacrificed objectivity decades ago.

What this election cycle has accomplished is that the media have discovered that we consider them irrelevant and bogus. They're like all liberals, viz. they've surrounded themselves only with sycophants who think like them. Now they see they're a minority.

The klintgoon machine is like a snake or a Taliban you have shot in some dark house in Fallujah. Not dead and safe until the head is smashed into a puddle of mush. Even then be wary.

But if Trump wins he can properly finish the job.

Use anti-trust law to bust up the six corrupt media megamonopoly companies.

The media is well on it’s way to destroying itself.

Man, I sure hope he’s right about the “press.” It couldn’t happen to a better group of unethical propagandists.

There are 2 ways things could go with the media.
If liberty prevails, ie a Trump win, the media will continue to wither because the old media is still heavily positioned in print, and TV. People are shifting to the internet etc. Younger people get their new from the internet almost exclusively.
If tyranny wins and we get hitlery, the government will shut down and censor unpalatable media on internet and Facebook and Google will ramp up the censorship. This will prove with those that have eyes to see that government media is utterly corrupt and never to be trusted. People will get their news from ever more obscure sources (SW, newsletters, e-mail) and because this news counters the government narrative, it will have enhanced credibility.

Unfortunately the media is like cockroach - trash feeders that are impossible to eradicate.

Not if they win.

If, God forbid, Hillary is elected and not immediately indicted or impeached, her first priority will be to kill conservative media. Talk radio will be killed, cable news muzzled and the Internet censored.

Will wire service journalism succeed in keeping a critical mass of voters ignorant of Clinton corruption (excuse the repetition)??

We’ll find out soon - perhaps as early as Wednesday.

If it pleases God to allow us a non-corrupt POTUS, the approach I would take would be, not to open up libel laws to abuse, but to sue the AP to oblivion as a conspiracy against the public.

The next target would be broadcast journalism, and its enablers in the FCC.

And the next thing would be to go after “social studies” curricula in school. First, Common Core must go - and then the whole Dept. of Education.
