A New Jersey man is suing NBC for $52 million claiming security guards dragged him away from a

At this point in time, "Lock Her Up" (and "Lock Him Up") is a very time sensitive battle cry for the Deplorables.
Post Halloween prison jumpsuits and Hillary masks will be 75% off at Halloween stores or dumped in area thrift shops.
The most popular woman at the Miami Trump rally was reported to be dressed in the Hillary for Prison outfit and posed dozens of times for group photos.
All Clinton events, community events, sign waving intersections, and early voting polls are fair game.
Here’s a link to Clinton events. Be safe, be careful and have fun.

What's the basis for this charge?
Did they give him notice the first time to not return?
Is the area outside their studio, but behind the cameras the property of NBC, or is it a public area?
Get the names and home addresses of the five goons.
Publish the information on the internet.
The rest will take care of itself.
He should not have been beaten up, but he pretty much baited or provoked them with that Bill Clinton is a Rapist shirt.
I’m glad he’s making them nervous about B. Clinton’s past, but if you make a controversial target out of yourself, don’t be shocked when someone tries to block your message with great prejudice.
The Today Show has been running a daily three hour commercial for Clinton for the past year and now they are taking on the same characteristics of her campaign. While the Clinton campaign hires brownshirts to beat the hell out of peaceful Trump supporters, The Today Show is hiring their own Pinkertons to beat up anyone voicing any opinion they deem negative of their candidate. Producer Noah Oppenheim should be shown the door before he hires Tonya Harding and Jeff Gillooly to replace the current anchor team.
This is a great law suit!! I know he will win!! We have Fr##kin free speech here and it is OUR RIGHT !! NBC is going down!! If you have stock in these commies— SELL!! GO MAN GO
NBC is owned by Comcast.
As in "Walking While White" in many urban areas?
“We all hope that brave Gallagher cashes in from NBC”
We do?
“Luthmann said his client was going after the $5,000 prize, which would have required saying Bill Clinton is a rapist loud enough to be captured by the live TV broadcast.”
Probably, then, it would have been a better idea not to wear clothes broadcasting his intention.
Are you feeling okay?
“...all hope that brave Gallagher cashes in from NBC.”
Yeah. $52M is a lot better than $5K.
Practically speaking all of Rock Center is NBC / GE property. They even close off the streets for, I think three hours, which demonstrates their ownership and control according to municipal and state law. Now since he had no warning that he could not enter wesringbthat shirt I don’t see how the arrest passes the smell test.
Yes and yes. Just not prepared to support someone I know nothing about. You should be leery too, unless you’re just plain stupid.
Hell ya, be-baw.
The charge will be dismissed if Gallagher stays out of trouble? BS.
I’d tell those SOB’s to jail me before I obeyed any of these demands.
They do it all the time.
Now they are singing, “Hey bird dog, stay away from my quail...” or we will beat your tail
Hmmmm, also rhymes with “jail”
He would have been front and center if he had worn a shirt with Trump’s face on it and the name Hitler underneath.
Different rules have always applied.
This is the first time that I recall that deplorables have revolted and stood up at rallies.
Republicans have always been told to stand down and obeyed.
The only time I recall was the “Brooks Brothers Revolt” in Miami for the 2000 attempted stolen election. That one was turning violent.
