While this is totally bizarre, I watched the video clip and Matthews did say the above. I have no idea where Matthews’ rant ended up, but that quote above is pro-Trump advertisement material.

They put forward Paul Manafort/Russia connection, but that doesn’t meet the relevance test for Trump.
It does, however, call up memories of the Clinton/Russian Uranium, Podesta Russian investments, Clinton/Crimea/Reset failures.
Not to mention the unsecure server by which, I believe, she INTENTIONALLY passed classified material to Russia et al AFTER payment was assured.

That was it...the clip was the clip was the whole rant...Matthews ends his show with a 30 second rant every night. Don’t underestimate how much effect this rant will have given his viewership. This was gold for Trump!
Matthews hated Clinton and Gore in the late nineties. What turned him against Bush was the war in Iraq. He’s no fan of the Clintons.
