Very odd arrangement, whereby the Director of FBI has a ten year appointment, but must report to the AG.

The first time was a scam... even with enough proof to get you convicted of jaywalking without even crossing the street.

The excuses vs evidence (of just what we know/found out since July until Thursday of last week) this go round cannot be ignored, dismissed nor can they be forgiven..., toss in 650,000 new files/emails. Obama is not even campaigning for her now ...

Favors paid in full the last go round ... unless Hillary Wins she is TOAST ... If she Wins WE are TOAST.

I will not be anywhere near a Bar this Election Day.

JMHO ... YMMV... I am ready for either outcome

Not a lawyer, but the reason for not recommending prosecution before was not enough proof of intent. To reopen the case it would seem to require more evidence of intent on Hillary’s part.

Not a lawyer either but this whole intent thing reminds me of what I heard the other night, some guy stating, "It's the server stupid." Just setting up a private server conveys an intent to deceive, or as any 5th grader would say, "She was trying to hide something."

And how's this for intent?:

Did she intend to conceal emails/documents?

Did she intend to remove emails/documents?

Did she intend to mutilate and destroy emails/documents?

Did she intend to obliterate and falsify emails/documents?

Let's review a few other 18 U.S. Code violations:

"1. 18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information"

"2. U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material"

"3. 18 U.S. Code § 2071(b) -- Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally"

"4. 18 U.S. Code § 641 - Public money, property or records"

"5. 18 U.S. Code § 1505 - Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees"

"6. 18 U.S. Code § 1519 -- Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in federal investigations"

"7. 18 U.S. Code § 1031 -- Fraud against the United States 18 U.S. Code § 1343 - Fraud by wire, radio or television 18 U.S. Code § 1346 -- Definition of "scheme or artifice to defraud" 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to defraud the United States"

"8. 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit a federal offense

With each law broken multiple times, there are indictable offenses galore. According to Rudy Giuliani, there are at least 16 separate felonious violations of U.S. Federal Code, and many multiple counts therein.

So, to review, Mr. Comey, did Hillary Clinton remove, conceal, mutilate, or destroy any email or document?

So, Mr. Comey, do we have Intent yet?

Mr. Comey, per 18 U.S. Code A 2071, is Hillary Clinton "Disqualified from holding any office under the United States?" A sincere question from a citizen who assumes we are a nation of laws.

American Patriots want to know, . . and soon.

The problem there is that, as has been shown often, Grand Juries pretty much follow what the lead prosecutor wants. So, if the prosecutor is in the tank...

Random ideas — others may have better:

What may be needed is a system where panels of citizens without criminal records can be sort of randomly selected and empowered, similarly to a Grand Jury, but specifically for corruption investigations. The difference would be that as little as, say, a 1/4 vote of the panel is enough to continue pursuing an investigation. Also, a 1/4 vote of the panel can bring in outside legal expertise of the panel’s selection, for assistance. (Maybe the selection of expertise itself should require a 1/3 or 2/5 vote.)

Penalties for upper level gov’t officials convicted of corruption need to be much more draconian, but the benefits of whistleblowing higher level officials (than oneself) also need to be much enhanced.

Lynch is corrupt. It was obvious all along.

Perhaps the Lynch-Bill Clinton little conversation at the airport was Bill reassuring Loretta that the files were indeed inaccessible now?

Hillary knew in 2011 that Weiner was sexting young girls and did nothing to protect them.

"As Comey and Lynch aides debated last Thursday whether alerting Congress about the emails would comply with longstanding Justice Department policy against announcing overt investigative steps that would influence an upcoming election, Comey asked whether he was being explicitly directed not to do so. Lynch never gave Comey the order not to send the emails, a senior government official said. "

Comey knows, either he takes the 5th next year, or she does. A smart man doesn't trade places from a lifeboat to a piece of driftwood...
