The interesting thing in that graphic is not the 62% or the 37%, it is the 1% who have no opinion.
That means 99% of the respondents DO know about the email scandal and its reflection on Clinton.
In most polls 3% is typically the lowest number of respondents who have no opinion. Even the MOE in that poll is 3.5%.
