Certainly there are many great FBI agents.
However, has one single agent resigned?
To my knowledge, the answer is no.

I am of the belief that the NYPD is the group that forced Comey’s hand.

I believe that the FBI has a great deal of very strong evidence against Clinton that has not yet been released.

They knew that the DOJ was totally corrupt.

They knew they had to protect themselves.

“nothing I had was marked classified”

And Hillary went on to say:

... No laptops I had were marked "do not destroy with hammers", and no hard drives I had were marked "do not irretrievably erase with Bleachbit".

Exclusive: FBI still does not have warrant to review new Abedin emails linked to Clinton probe

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3486602/posts

As of Saturday night, the FBI had still not gotten approval from the Justice Department for a warrant that would allow agency officials to read any of the newly discovered Abedin emails, and therefore are still in the dark about whether they include any classified material that the bureau has not already seen.

“We do not have a warrant,” a senior law enforcement official said. “Discussions are under way [between the FBI and the Justice Department] as to the best way to move forward.”

If this narrative is true, there will be people both dead and fired and put away in dark holes.

Another HUGE story this morning that doesn’t seem to be getting much traction is her own hometown newspaper, The Chicago Tribune calling on her to withdraw and insisting that dems demand her step down as well!!!

“Bill Mitchell just tweeted that Fox News is reporting that the “Justice Department” will not allow the FBI to look at the new emails!!!!!!”

You can bet the FBI agents have already seen them during the Weiner investigations, along with the NYPD.

Maybe things have changed over the past 30 years, but when I needed a search warrant I prepared an affidavit and appeared before a magistrate who reviewed it and issued it if it was needed.

BTW, the FBI agent could go before a state magistrate too if the matter involved a state crime too, like child abuse.

Lastly, there is also FISA court.

The point is I guess in a political matter, the FBI has some kind of obstruction rules that give the review power to the DOJ. That is why they need and have needed a special prosecutor on this matter and specifically why the DOJ, Obama, and the rest of the dem hacks were 100% against that.

I believe they also endorsed her a few weeks ago so this is huge story.

Some enterprising FBI agent ought to hand walk a search warrant request to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Revenge is a dish best served *cold*.

The ruling class is handling this whole situation very stupidly. They have antagonized the people they depend on to protect them - i.e., the cops, lower levels of the Secret Service and FBI, many of whom are in “the basket of deplorables.” The NYPD supports Trump. Leaks, anyone?

This is something a ruling class, if it is wise, should never do.

To believe anyone in DC wants the DC power structure disturbed is to believe a pit boss in Vegas wants gambling outlawed.

Agreed. Unfortunately, the rest of us who didn’t vote for her are in deep doo-doo with the rest. But I will happily point the finger if/when Hillary is indicted especially if/when she is president.

I’ve spent a lot of time up in that den of elitism during my career. That whole damn area has NEVER seen the bad economy, unemployment nor any of the other ills seen by drive by America. They wouldn’t know deprivation if it slapped them in the face, especially for the ones working for this “federal government”.

First comes ‘preserve the job’, then comes ‘preserve their pink parachute retirements’ and then comes trying to cash in on what they know by writing a ‘tell-all’ book.

They’re all BS.
