Two observations.
1. The clown is wearing a RED hoodie. A good indication of his ideological orientation unless he is just ripping off the black folk and white guilt-ridden liberals dupes for the money.
2. The University of Wisconsin-Madison is the same as the old KGB school, the Patrice Lumumba University, except that it is not in Moscow like the Lumumba school was/still is (under a different name).
maybe it should be renamed the “Patrice Lumumba School - Wisconsin Branch.
Madison ..... even the locals call it ‘thirty square miles surrounded by reality’.
