I'm skeptical. I think any heavy turnout in liberal precincts could easily represent the Trump effect on Democrat & Independent voters.

I’ve lived in Harford county my entire 56 years and can attest to how conservative we are.
I actually am represented by the only GOP congressman Dr. Andy Harris, in the first CD.
The other seven CDs are democrat.

Trump is running strong in western MD. Has the same demographics as southern PA, WVA and western VA. Trump will carry the latter three easily.

The problem is that the votes in Montgomery, PG, and Baltimore City, taken together,outweigh the votes in all the other jurisdictions put together.

Oregon is not an automatic. She is running commercials here since the last poll a month ago was at 8%. These are all good signs.

Enthusiasm for Hillary in the Pacific NW is almost non-existent.
Bernie won 72% of the vote. I personally know four Bernie voters that are...not voting...voting 3rd party...or voting Trump...the fourth is writing in Bernie.
Either way that’s four votes Hillary is not getting.
