And, the other black number is those that voted for Obama but will not vote for Hillary because it’s just too much effort.

The two factors together will be a much larger % than the 1.3% you calculated

This is the issue that keeps the Beast’s campaign manager up at night...how do you get all of them to vote...it also means that voter fraud will be through the roof this election.

5% figure right ONLY when a half black man was running in 2008 & 2012. Other years with 2 white candidates the figure was always higher.
