Joy Reid and Kurt Eichenwald are a liberal-media hit team made in heaven—or somewhere else, depending on your perspective. Reid has the habit of rudely cutting off or correcting conservatives brave enough to venture onto her show. Eichenwald’s MO is to laugh nastily in the face of conservatives with whom he disagrees.
We’ve documented this before, as here, here and here, and it happened again this morning. On Reid’s MSNBC show, AM Joy, when Trump surrogate Steve Cortes suggested that Hillary Clinton has jeopardized national security with her mishandling of emails, Reid shut him down: “you know better than that. I respect you too much to let you go on a rant that is full of unfactual information, sir.” Reid then turned it over to Eichenwald to attack Cortes, saying “your witness,” as if Cortes were fodder for cross-examination.
A bit later, when Cortes mentioned that [the very liberal] Carl Bernstein of Watergate fame had said that it must be a “bombshell” that moved FBI Director Comey to issue his latest letter, Eichenwald broke out in derisive laughter.

I saw Joy this morning, very rude. I caught Hugh Hewitt too for a minute, immensely strange clown facial expressions. They are certainly freaking out. One thing I have always liked about John Stossel is how incredibly polite he is even w/ someone he really disagrees with. As a first time Republican presidential voter, this is fun!

Laughs in their guests faces, so stop looking grim, and laugh back and go off topic, instead make fun of the taunters. First smile big, the laugh back,”Ha, ha ha.” Pause then breath in, breath out. Follow that with stating the obvious “Look at you laughing at me. Laughing at the seriousness of reality of the problem. Isn’t ignoble of you.” Pause, but don’t listen or respond to their sputter, instead continue on with something like “Maybe I will be back when you want reality based info.” or some similar statement. Conservatives need to be prepared with alternative statements to real conversation as the msm doesn’t want real conversations, they want their opinions/voice to be the only one heard and they want to denigrate the opinions/voice of the opposition without debating facts and truths. So conservatives need to be prepared ahead of time with statements designed to acknowledge that the msm propagandists want to spin reality into delusion rather then face the truth. Like them opine, let them be called out. Trump them!

John, heard this second hand but more than once. Seems Erdogan faction is making substantial investments in U.S. to counter opposition (CHP, Kurds, Gulenists etc.) outreach to policymakers and USG. Am told that the Erdogan crew also tries to make inroads via donations to Democratic candidates, including yours. Two names that you should be aware of are *Mehmet Celebi* and *Ali Cinar*.
