It has to be bad news for Hillary based upon the timing. If not, then why drag up a subject that has been put to rest? I can’t see him coming out a week from now saying it was only precautionary and everything is fine. It doesn’t bolster Hillary’s story that she didn’t doing anything wrong, but will just reinforce people’s suspensions that she is corrupt.

Will Weiner go to jail over this? Or has he made a deal to turn over the evidence in exchange for getting out of jail?

The only thing that makes sense would be that whatever is in this email would be coming out anyway, either via WikiLeaks or internal rogue FBI or NYPD, etc, and Comey would be charged with obstruction.

OR the other possibility is that whatever is in the documents is SO bad that other agents were threatening to blow this open. And I'm talking Julius and Ethel Rosenberg bad.
