I have an idea. Actually it was Rush’s idea. Comey is doing this at the bequest of the HRC campaign to stuff the headlines and bury Wikileaks.
I disagree. THEY (FBI) have already seen them.
It's just that those emails have been exposed to the PUBLIC, so the FBI cannot now claim they don't know anything about any of the dozens of different crimes Hillary and Company have committed.

This is more effective than doing nothing. This week, the Wikileaks stuff uncovered really bad shennanigans with Bill, Hillary and the Clinton Foundation, so bad that even the MSM has started talking about it. A new FBI investigation will distract from the damaging Wikileaks info.

Nobody will believe him, and this corruption is now put right at the forefront of the election. Any way you cut it this is bad for Hillary, she did not want this issue to pop back up.
