What are the internals? Are they over-sampling Democrats with a +9? And managing a 4 point lead? With a MOE of about 3?

Tracking polls have the race pegged at D +7. Even that’s way too high.
Hillary is right within the MOE.
Why isn’t she up 50 points?
Indeed! Even if the internals in this poll reflected the turnout this election, Trump will get about 5% more (out of the 8% left - Johnson and Stein and what’s-his-name will get only about 3% between them).
Trump at 50% could cancel out Hitlery’s fraudulent votes.

The issue of over-sampling is a big one. A lot of us felt polls were oversampled in the last two elections but Obama won easily. I feel like the the obvious difference now is that blacks and “progressives” are not going to turn out for Hillary as they did for Obama.
