I think you mean not concurrent.
If you serve 19 years not consecutive that means you get to do your time in one bundle (concurrently) and are eligible for parole faster.
Or did you just leave out the comma after the word “count”.
Consecutive means you do one year at a time as an individual term, all 19, one year at a time.
