Intentional Premeditated Voter fraud should be prosecuted as such:
If you are voting for someone other than yourself and did it ONCE:
Punishment: Misdemeanor, 1 month in Jail, voting privileges suspended for 8 years.
If you are voting for someone other than yourself and did it more than ONCE, but less than TEN times.
Punishment: Felony, 1 year in Jail per count, voting privileges suspended Permanently, even if the voting privileges are ever restored for regular Felons via some other law.
If you are voting for someone other than yourself and did it more than TEN times.
Punishment: Charged with Treason, Life in Prison or Death Penalty, You will never Vote again, EVER!
Intentional Altering of the voting machinery or Ballots should also be a Treason charge.
