There are easily remembered passwords that are very difficult to guess. One can simply take the first letter of a phrase and capitalize every other letter, then add in a memorable date. An example:

iWaDaSn1225

“It was a dark and stormy night” followed by Christmas. Simple, easily remembered, hard to guess. But evidently way too complex for the limited brain power of these leftist geniuses.

Can special fonts and figural pics be used in passwords, like a fish, a star, an airplane, etc.?

These kinds of password strategies are actually not that good as people tend to forget them. Better would have actually been "It was a dark and stormy night followed by Christmas". A massive attack comparison at Password Haystack

results:
"iWaDaSn1225" = 6.12 days
"It was a dark and stormy night followed by Christmas" = 68.76 thousand trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion centuries.

Which one is easier to remember?

Check it yourself.

That’s a good way to do it. With the advent of requiring complex passwords, the trend is towards actual phrases vs. just a jumble of letters/numbers/characters - easier to remember and less need for folks to break the rules by copying them down. Your method is very similar in concept.
