NYPD chokehold victim Eric Garner, already the center of a legal battle, is smack in the middle of a family feud too.
Garners one-time girlfriend Jewel Miller sought a restraining order against the late Staten Island mans daughter over threats and insults hurled her way via Facebook, according to an attorney.

A DNA test proved that Legacy was Garners child, entitling the child to a piece of the settlement.

He certainly was the victim of a choke hold. It didn't start out as a choke hold, when first applied, but after the officer lost his grip while taking Garner down, he reapplied the hold, not under the arm as he should have, but with one hand directly gripping the other arm around Garner's neck, making it a choke hold:
Anyone who can look at that hold and say it isn't a choke hold is either lying, or doesn't know what a choke hold is.
