Nice find and the message of Perot is eerily similar to that of Trump today.

I think Perot might have won had he not quit the race in bizarre fashion. He still managed to get 20 percent of the vote after getting back in. But he could well have won it all had he stayed the course and not been so thin-skinned.

Many of us thought Trump would have a similar meltdown. Billionaires don’t have to put up with the crap a presidential campaign puts you through. Trump stuck it out for us though and we owe it to him to get out and vote November 8.

Just tweeted this video off to the campaign and to AJ Delgado. Worth a shot. AJ sometimes responds. Would be nice if Trump could work the Perot angle at a few rallies. Americans need to be reminded that corrupt people like the Clintons, Bushes and others in the Uniparty have been flushing their jobs for 25 years and Perot had this figured out then.

Trump probably would have had a similar meltdown if he had run on his own. People forget that he actually mounted a brief campaign for the Reform Party nomination in 2000, at the urging of Jesse Ventura.

Winning the GOP primary this year made him much more battle-tested than he ever would have been if he had run as an independent or on a third-party ticket.
