WOFFORD HEIGHTS, Calif. — Angel Gilberto Garcia-Avalos had been deported five times in just the past four years, yet each time he has managed to sneak from Mexico back into the U.S., where he ended up in more mischief: driving without a license, attempted burglary and felony weapons charges.

13 months isn’t long enough, but WHY should American taxpayers furnish 3 hots and a cot for this perp for another single day??
Demand the Mexicans come get him and incarcerate him. He’s their criminal, not ours.
Or just drop him in the middle of the Mexican desert-—preferably from 30,000 feet.
