This can' be. I was assured by various Freeper Technologists that this could never happen. Just noticed I m having slowdowns right now, must be a mis-calibration happening.
Maybe no one noticed but China and Russia already had the ability to selectively turn of access to web sites or phones. Now we have to get approval to unlock our own.

At least in theory, Globalism is good for about 6.7 Billion people on the planet.
But, in practice, Globalism isn’t good for the 300 million who live right here.

SO it happened yesterday, before the “handover” (sic), so it obviously had nothing to do with it, but the writer nevertheless alleges, without any supporting logic, that it will make the problem worse, even though he clearly knows nothing about what the problem was or what ICANN is even responsible for.
