Huge mergers are going on all over the place. They are close to having only one big global company.
Yeah the Ricketts family owns TD Ameria Trade...they own the Cubs but they were GOPe kinda billionaires who not too far back switched over to Trump...the governor or I think its Nebraska is also a Ricketts and a Trump supporter.
So, does that mean they will lower prices for trades? No, not by the hair of your chinny chin chin. Scotrade = $7.00 trades Ameritrade = $9.95 trade. Hmmm.

And the largest corporations in the US are more than happy to let that happen, because in the end, this will benfit the handful of people who control those corporations the most.

Not to worry. One of my union friends tells me Medicaid expansion will create thousands of good paying jobs.

I use Scottrade. I bought only a few stocks over the years like the nvidia (NVDA) I have now. Bought Apple, Netflix in the past few years. I guess I was not making them any money with my trades.
