Tsunami level turnout in Pflugerville, which leans liberal. I went by not really to vote, just pick up a sample ballot. Couldn’t get a reasonably close parking place, so I will try again later. Have never seen this many people voting there.

Questioning your ‘liberal’ observation

Austin is liberal, yes, but the small towns around it aren’t necessarily
I would say Pflugerville is more farm area

Why do you assume the line was liberal?

Williamson County? Not hardly.

People in the city that fled the hell-hole of Austin may lean liberal, but Williamson County is hardly liberal. It went 59/38 for Romney and 57/37 for Cruz in 2012.

Of the people that voted straight party, it was 63/35 Republican.

In 2014, Williamson County voted 59/38 for Abbott, 62/33 for Cornyn, and 62/33 for Carter:

I don't know what voting precinct comprise Pflugerville, but you can find precinct-by-precinct results at the second URL.
