I’ve never been a poll watcher but I’ve read challenges can be made by them.

What can one do once the ballot has been counted, whether fraudulent or not?

How do you even locate a fraudulent ballot once it goes to the pile?

No idea about the ballot but here’s what a fraudulent voter faces in VA. I’d think a fraudulent voter would think twice about voting if challenged.

“The federal penalty for an ineligible voter found to have cast a vote could be a fine or imprisonment for no more than one year. Under Virginia law, it is a Class 6 felony for an ineligible voter to vote, punishable by not less than one year of imprisonment and not more than five years”
