You have to watch the video at the link to get the real information. I never heard of this web site before, but the documents in the video seem legitimate.
There apparently was a copy of the video on YouTube, but it has been taken down with the following message: " "BUSTED! Hillary Superpac PA..." This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Robert Sicoli."

There were videos and reports in print of reporters saying that they needed to not be objective when it came to dealing with Trump and that they should do whatever it takes to defeat him.
That is why I think there might be truth in the idea that polls are rigged this time
