During the investigation of Clinton’s e-mails, the Obama Administration repeatedly assured us that there was no evidence that any foreign power hacked her e-mails, and that our secrets were/are safe. When did this narrative change?

Now we are told, only months later, an opposite story: not only did foreign powers have access to her e-mails, but that the foreign powers were doing the hacking.

So, which is it?
