I have heard it was the other way around. 10% went to causes.

She is so practiced at lying that I’d wager she could pass a lie detector test - IOW, Hitlery the Harridan is a sociopathic liar!

The question is, do enough voting age Americans know that and will they vote against her?

Not to be nit picky, but in this case it’s fun. Only 5.7% of the money collected by the Clinton Foundation is actually used towards charitable causes.
Those charity watchdogs Hillary boasted about? Charity Watch won’t even score the Foundation. It’s considered too atypical of a business model.
I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to mention Haiti after the way the Clintons robbed the place blind. Funding AIDS medicines? Hah. They palmed off watered down versions of actual AIDS meds, making people sicker or dead.
Yeah. She goes to another country to "help" on a problem. Of course, she needs to take an entourage on expensive jets and booze and rich food is expensive, not to mention the need for $5000 jackets and shoes etc. You can't expect her to wear the same thing twice. Then there is the need for new furniture, landscaping, massage therapists so she can unwind. And so on.
Various causes! Hey, the poor are getting 5 percent from her foundation that people donate to for help for the poor, that has to count for something.

You have to understand her math. After the Clinton Foundation pays out all it’s people and operating cost...yes, 90-percent of the remainder goes to causes. If you go and look at Chelsea’s airline tickets....they probably are all first-class and paid by the Foundation. If you add up all the consultants and their meetings at five-star resorts....that’s all operating cost. It is like a mafia operation, with legit organization and spending, and tax-free.
