You mean a “Public Accomodation” company is Censoring and Refusing to do Business as Usual because they Disagree with your Personal Lifestyle Choices???

The lawsuit is something Twitter may be opening itself up to with this shady practice. The user agreement seems to say that they need to notify you if you’ve been banned. But what about “shadow” banned, or just partially muted? For example my average image is now getting between 750 and 1500 views. My “free Julian” got over 24,000. So I’m a pretty small fry! But it’s not nothing. And today a post will get less than 10% of that.

OMG—I love the idea of applying that standard to the Internet world. Hadn’t thought of it, but very fitting! Touche!

Twitter uses public domain property such as the cell phone overhead space. Public monopoly is forbidden. They cannot censor.

The solution is to allow competition in cell phone ‘twitter’ space.

Congress loves their immoral monoplies.

TWITTER OWNER: LOCK HIM UP

Agreed.

Imprison the owners of twitter.

Cell phone overhead is public property. Twitter has no right to block it.
