Pavlich: Scandal Is Not The Emails, It's How Hillary Clinton Mishandled Top Secret Classified Info
Real Clear Politics ^ | October 19, 2016 | Ian Schwartz

Katie Pavlich on John Harwood's performance as moderator at a Republican primary debate held by CNBC in Boulder, Colorado last summer. Harwood has been under scrutiny since a recent Wikileaks drop revealed e-mails from the CNBCer gloating about the way he handled Donald Trump.

"I think that you have to take a look at what John Harwood is saying here. He is perpetuating this myth that Hillary's e-mail scandal is simply about e-mails. It was never about e-mails, it was about the fact that she mishandled top-secret classified information that put lives at risk, intelligence sources on the ground like in Libya and Iraq as a result of having an unsecure server," Townhall's Katie Pavlich told Stuart Varney Wednesday morning on the FOX Business Channel.

"For a year and a half now Team Hillary who has tried to argue that people are 'panicking' over e-mails when the e-mails aren't the issue at all," Pavlich said. "It's national security and whether someone wanting to be the next president of the United States mishandled important information about that national security should in fact sit in the Oval Office."

She is reckless in so many ways: "she mishandled top-secret classified information that put lives at risk, intelligence sources on the ground like in Libya and Iraq as a result of having an unsecure server."

And then the most important aspect regarding her private server is completely overlooked.

He who write's the headlines, controls the news.

She who controls the media, dictates the news.

wrong. The scandal is the coverup and obstruction of justice.

Time was it was supporting socialists and communists that was considered subversive.

Now telling the truth about Democrats is considered subversive.

...she mishandled top-secret classified information

I've seen this phrasing many times in the MSM. "Mishandling" information makes it seem like something unintentional, like fumbling a football. I prefer "intentionally exposed top secret information to people without security clearances, including states hostile to the United States."

I’m quite sure that her unauthorized augmentation of the Dept. of State’s IT system was enough for her to at least be impeached. So now what?

No, Pavlich is right.

The primary issue is the breach of protocol and EXPOSURE to our national security.

The secondary issue is the obstruction of justice.

And we really have no idea what damage she has done as a result of her reckless disregard for this information.

Bingo - you nailed it. The email scandal is the tip of the iceberg. The REAL scandal is the Clinton Foundation and the 33k emails she deleted that exposed her selling out our country for financial gain.

All our adversaries read a Clinton administration (God forbid) like an open book because of her carelessness with our state secrets.

I think the scandal is about avoiding FOIA requests and mandatory archiving. After almost 2 decades in the federal government even the DUMBEST PERSON IN THE WORLD would understand the importance of FOIA and the implications of a private email server on FOIA requests. Even Comey can’t deny intent.

We (Comey) can argue over whether or not she thought the SoS would need to send/receive classified email and how she expected to do her job without classified communications. But there’s no debate about whether she intentionally avoided FOIA unless someone wants to claim that she’s truly the dumbest person in the world. And no debate on the need for FOIA if only for what “the other party” does.

W/ Obama assured he'd get a cut of everything, the Clintons turned the State Dept into a get-rich-quick racketeering enterprise. No less a personage than Ralph Nader had this to say:

RALPH NADER: “It’s Hillary's email content, not the classification or non- classification, and, the lethal quadrangle of collusion and buck-raking...

<><> Hillary in the State Dept; opportunistic Billy at the Clinton Foundation,

<><> $10,000 a minute per Clinton speeches,

<><> conniving corporate mining magnets in Canada, and,

<><> multiple other far-flung corporations wanting (and getting) State Dept favors.

===========================================

And do not forget our tax dollars facilitated many of the Clinton deals.

Wall Street analyst, Charles Ortel, told Judge Jeannine that Clinton Foundation books report intake of some 2 billion dollars.....but via Ortel's prodigious research, Ortel asserts the Foundation raised a staggering 100 billion dollars.

Much of that money is secretly stashed all over the globe, and is wire- transferred to fuel Hillary's campaign, as needed. She needs fund-raisers like she needs a hole in the head.

Even more egregious, the Clintons used our tax dollars AND confidential/classified/top secret State Dept info (belonging to US taxpayers) to structure the lucrative deals.

======================================================

Just goes to show.....a woman running for the presidency was a lousy idea.

Reckless endangerment I believe is what you’d be charged with drag racing etc for a pretty severe auto related infraction, is the best analogy I can come up with. What she did is actually worse, than that, you and I know that, I don’t know how we wake up John Q Public to the caliber of the “sin” she committed as it is understood by those who are in this arena.

The real deal is the emails most likely lead to Barky who was in on the scam. That is really why Comey killed it.

Not to derail the tread.

But, they have been avoiding and obstructing FOIA request for at least 9 years.

Lots of people were trying to get routine records on BHO and his supposed mum & dad and extended family members.

Requests were ignored or delayed for months or in some cases- years.

Documents produced by these requests were sometimes newly created, altered and forged. They were non-verifiable and were conflicting with other existing records in multiple states.

This is not about the BC. It is about corroborating evidence to the nativity story and the Midwest American fairy tale spanning three generations.

Indeed. You must either conclude that she is incompetent and reckless with our national security or that she’s lying through her teeth and, in either case, this should disqualify her from any serious consideration as to whether she should be President of the United States.

The only secrets this country keeps are from the citizens, our enemies likely know everything since they have more employees in our defense industry than we do.

The real story has been ignored and that is the reason for the private email in the first place, was to conceal her real agenda which was to gather as much graft as possible.

No one seems to remember that when they took the White House they installed a completely independent computer network for the same purpose.

Ping to the real scandal.

Letting top secret info reside on an unsecured server & covering up/stonewalling/obstructing the actions.
