I work for my local sewer district, take it to ANY wastewater treatment plant and they will let you pump out your waste for Christ’s sake!

It is where I live......unless you’re an illegal alien. You’re allowed to move 6 or 7 mobile homes on an acre and dig furrows for the waste to run out of the mobile home into. Not kidding. They do it here all the time and no one shuts them down.
