My guess: the hit on Assange was the final action. And the bad guys have already neutered the rest of his network.
The keys are going out. But there is nobody or machines left to act on them
Only time will tell of course, but my bet would be that the extent of those able to use the keys is legion, and that the elimination/compromise of even a significant portion of them is beyond the dark side’s capability.
