That is an interesting possibility, and maybe some legal experts might weigh in here. If Hillary kept him on a hate list while she was SOS, it might be difficult for him to sue successfully. Now unless she can show that she had active separation from the foundation while she was SOS, she would not be exempt from being sued, because her association with the foundation was not a part of her official government duties.
