Hillary up by double digits, in a poll conducted entirely after the 2nd debate?
After the 2nd debate in which even liberal media talking heads said that Trump performed very well, and arguably “won” the debate??? That debate?????
But Hillary is up by double digits nationally, but Trump is ahead or within single digits in many of the battleground states??
Can all of these statements be true???

So, they over-sampled Dems by 18 percent--but almost half of them aren't supporting their candidate, since the theoretical Clinton advantage is only 10 percent? Am I doing that math right?
In any case, the reason they're creating these Rubber Polls (thank you, Beatles) is to make room for the massive vote-fraud they're going to need. And to justify crying fraud themselves when Trump out-polls them anyway.
NBC has been historically biased against Trump. Even at his high water mark before the first debate when 538 gave Trump the lead, NBC still had him down 7.
