He's full of crap. Putting a copy of a wikileaks release on your computer so you can read it, is possessing that e-mail. Having a copy in your computer's RAM is possession.

People who access wikileaks are not hacking. People who read the Pentagon Papers in the NYT were not commiting a crime either.

They are either fake or real. If fake no-harm, no-foul in reading them. If real, someone’s in trouble and trying to cover their butt.
