Uh, fire back? My suggestion anyway. If I understand it right, these are likely ChiCom or Iranian supplied Silkworm AS missiles. Not much to hit other than an empty launcher.

Firing back only destroys the installations which can be quickly replaced. Real firing back means hitting Command & Control centers where the decision makers hang out. Hitting both is even better.
