I don’t think that this is a bad sign for Trump. Lots of people will be voting for Hillary, to be sure, especially in Northern Virginia. However, there are very few Hillary voters who are enthusiastic about her. People who are not enthusiastic don’t generally vote early. Of course there are exceptions to this, however I will stick by my first statement that this can’t be bad for Trump.

Manassas Park City has got to be heavy Hispanic.

Yeah, it could be Trump voters wishing to avoid the intimidation factor. It could be ramped up early voting by both parties. It could be voter fraud.

More voting than normal is a prediction made by the "monster vote" hypothesis. However there are of course other possible explanations as well.

The cities of Fairfax, Falls Church and Alexandria, and Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties are all Northern Virginia DemocRAT strongholds. The rest in that chart less so. Will be interesting to see what those early voting results will be.

Manassas Park has a big illegal population and the natives are not too happy about it. Blue collar whites mostly in Manassas Park and they must be sending a message.
