Are the wikileaks actually coming from Walt and buddies in Commiezakstan?

Maybe I’m all wet and seeing something that is not here . . . but why would I be redirected there?

I saw a post on Facebook this morning with a picture of a Clinton Foundation document showing payments to Glenn Beck the poster said it came from the document dumps but no link provided. Please post it if you find it before I do.
