If Canky used the secure at-the-office State Dept systems for classified materials instead of her private basement bathroom server, there would have been no hacking by anybody - Russians, Wikileaks, Guccifer and perhaps many others.
If she had followed the rules and used a state server the private server issue would never have been an issue and she would probably be 50 points ahead in the polls.
