If the Philly vote fraud can be kept to a minimum, I feel fairly confident that Trump will win PA. As long as the number of votes doesn`t exceed the actual number of registered voters, Trump should be fine. If they get another turn out where 105% show up and all vote D, then, unlike Mitt, Trump will have to fight it. And he most surely will.
Who's going to keep Philly vote fraud to a minimum? I fear Trump doesn't know how to do it and I fear that the establishment GOP isn't going to help.
