I’m curious...
Let’s say )solely as an example) that Gov. Scott tells the federal judge “I’m sorry but we consider registration closed and will not aide by your ruling”.
What could the judge do to compel Florida to abide by his ruling? Send Federal agents in to arrest the Governor? Impose financial sanctions against the state?
Anyone wanna take a stab at this?
I don’t know what the consequence would be, but it seems to be a brilliant idea, IMHO.
It is logistically impossible to extend the registration period and st be ready by election day, and therefore he is issuing an executive order to disregard the ruling and close the registration period as originally planned.

The judge couldn’t do a Gdamn thing. The muslim brotherhood in charge of these judicial ativists would try to punish the state with some sort of cut in financial aid.
It’s high time the states ignore any of these unconstitutional rulings. This judicial tyranny has really taken off in the last twenty years.
Someone needs to compile all the federal tyrant rulings against the states over the years.
Threaten to withhold FEMA emergency support for the next decade's worth of hurricanes.
