So people can keep up with this I did a little digging in Wikipedia. Prescot Bush had four children, one being George H. W. Bush and another being Jonathan Bush, born about seven years later than H.W. Jonathan fathered William (Billy) Bush, making Billy H.W.'s nephew and a first cousin of W. and Jeb. Here's what Wikipedia says about Billy's genealogy:

William Hall Bush was born in Manhattan, New York City,[2] the son of Josephine (née Bradley) and Jonathan Bush. Billy Bush's uncle (his father's older brother) is George H. W. Bush, the 41st President of the United States. George W. Bush, the 43rd President, and former Florida governor Jeb Bush are Billy Bush's cousins.
