I disagree, Ryan is only destroying himself.
He’s trying to be the head dog in a smaller, less powerful party.
It is best to ignore him until after the election. The majority of Republcians will just go with whoever is strongest. When Trump wins, that will be him. AFTER Trump is inaugurated, he’ll get the word out that he will need someone he can trust and work with. If Ryan wants he can feign a principled stance and step down because of basic philosophical disagreements, and wait for his time to come (it won’t).

I called my Congreeman and told his staff that if he votes for Ryan for Speaker, I will never voe for him again.

Simple process for me, anyone who isn’t behind our candidate is not getting my vote, period.
