Back in Bill Clinton Presidency thet refused to take care of U.S. Classified Materials. They even allowed people without Security Clearances to handle and see our classified materal. A lot of Clinton’s staff members could not attain a Security Clearance and the Clinton’s wilfully allowed the law to be broken.
