I’ve always felt that Donald Trump connected with people. He never seemed like a classicist.
Cuban is another billionaire who seems to like being in the limelight, but he always impresses me as looking down on people who are not as rich as him.
Trump always seemed to promote his success in terms of “look what’s possible, follow my example”.
Cuban always seems to promote his success in terms of “I know more than everyone else, you’ll never be as good as me”.
I’m not a mind reader, but that is the feeling I’ve always got from the two.
Regardless, I can’t imagine why anyone would think Mark Cuban as VP would add anything at all to the ticket (other than maybe a little more self-funding).
