Here a clue.
Don’t buy anything the Indy Star puts out. ALL Gannett Publications are #neverTrump to the nth degree.
Yesterdaym, their website had 4 of the 5 top stories of the day about Pence and Trump.
Every single one was negative.

Major Garret on See BS was trotting out the “Pence is displeased with Trump” line as well tonight after the debate. He was insisting that Pence wanted Trump to be more contrite in the debate and that Donald didn’t listen. Garrett sems to think Pence is at the top of the ticket. Just a lot of BS.
