With every attack on the Clintons he must pair it with a message about how he will improve the country via his policies. If he just fires away at the Clintons as his sole strategy he won’t gain much.

Only for context...it should be more about her enablement of it and her own attempts to destroy the women who came forward - the only woman she cares about is herself - with contrition from Trump saying that what he said was wrong, that he is sorry for it, but what will actually matter in 10 years from now vs. bad policy decisions allowing terrorism to spread, etc.
Ads should be cut and run nationwide in very heavy rotation featuring the women that were abused and how they were targeted by Hillary with the theme "the only woman she cares about is herself." The another set of ads featuring Hillary's corruption and reckless policy decisions in the context that these things will affect us for many years to come - Trump talking dirty on tape will not be important years from now...that's just in the moment.
That's what would make sense...but given there have been little to no ads run in response to an onslaught from Clinton since June allowing her to hang around I wouldn't count on it.

The first question that comes up on the subject of the tape he should say, I’ve addressed that, now lets talk about how many syrian refugees we should allow into our country.
1). Legal immigration of ISIS terrorists.
2). Loss of American Jobs through H1B Visa program and bad deals.
3). Stop being the world’s policeman. Time for other countries to pay.
