I first listened to syndicated EIB Rush in August, 1988. Who can forget his playing Copeland’s Ode to the Working Man or whatever was by the Brookline Pops? Not me.
Oo-la Paloma Blanca, baby!

Now, now, Max, Everything’s going to be all right after we take over and destroy the whole apparatus you’ve come to love.

Max Boot, despite his awkward name, is a very bright guy, but I might have to change my view of this idiot. These bloviators need some humility and to shut up. They are only perpetuating the status quo, which nobody wants. STFU Max!! Who the hell has appointed them stewards of our Weltanschauung?

I love Rush! We started listening to him on the road (we
travelled a lot) from about the first. Not as much now as
we’re not on the road and are busy. Rush ain’t perfect; but
he’s good.
