LOL a vote for Pence is allowing a Hillary Presidentncy.
The way I see it, a vote for Pence is a vote for the GOP ticket. Portman is choosing whichever party elector has Pence on the ticket. Vote for Pence, get Trump and Pence. The electors don’t have any way to change the ticket nominated at the convention, other than orders from the party.
