I suspect the trash tape is a Republican operation to get revenge on Trump for sidelining the gopes. If Trump doesn’t let this bog him down then the upshot will be the gopes taking themselves out of the loop altogether unless they have a spiritual conversion and become the Democrats de jure that they already are de facto.
I guess he isn’t in their fraternity, or whatever clique they have in their mind.
